Opportunity for NYC Visual Artists!
ASTEP is looking to recruit 1 visual artist to volunteer on Saturdays for a creative arts program. The Saturday Learning Series is presented by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as an opportunity to provide out-of-school support and mentorship to students from elementary through high school. Running from February-May, class hours are from 12-2pm (exempting holiday weekends), and requires volunteers to be comfortable with lesson-planning and classroom management. Applications are due no later than January 1st.

Opportunity for NYC Theatre and Dance artists!
ASTEP is looking to recruit 3 volunteers to facilitate a spring intensive for students at the Incarnation Children’s Center. The program will run over 6 days from 11-4pm. Applicants want to have high energy, enjoy collaborating with other artists, and be familiar with popular culture film/television/music. The application deadline is March 1st.
